More information is beginning to surface on the new "Stich's Supersonic Celebation" stage show set to open in the Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland on or around May 10. The show is expected to have 6 shows per day, according to WDW Magic.com. This means that the show will, in fact, be a new "attraction" and not just a once or twice a day event like the parades, the "Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It" party in the Magic Kingdom, or the High School Musical show at the Studios.
This brings the total number of Stitch themed attractions in Tomorrowland to 2. It's kind of like the Lewis Black bit where he sees a Starbucks across the street from a Starbucks. With Space Mountain and the TTA closed for refurbishment this summer, the total number of attractions open in Tomorrowland is 7, meaning over 25% of all the attractions in Tomorrowland will feature Stitch.
So it's good news today if you're a fan of Experiment 626 and a bad day if you're anyone else.
