WDW Magic has some photos of the ongoing Skyway demolition, here and here.
Hilariously, they come with a random "WARNING - graphic photos" tag (and the even more hilarious "WARNING - STILL graphic photos.") So I suppose if you're easily offended by pictures of rubble and construction equipment you should avoid the above links.
