News From Around The World

WDW Magic is reporting on changes to a number of character greeting locations. In the Magic Kingdom, Stitch is expected to move to the Adventureland veranda from Tomorrowland (you know, because we need Stitch in every possible land in the park) and Buzz Lightyear will be moving from the Carousel of Progress to the side of Space Ranger Spin. In Epcot, Donald is expected to get a permanent spot near the Mexico pavilion and Marie (the female kitten from the Aristocats) is expected to be seen regularly in the France pavilion.

WDW Magic
is reporting that Min & Bill's Dockside Diner (the boat) at Hollywood Studios is now offering hot dogs and assorted "meals" in addition to its limited snack menu. All Ears Net is also reporting, via their weekly newsletter, that a fried shrimp platter is now available at the Columbia Harbour House at the Magic Kingdom. Seems like fall is the time for menu changes.

All Ears Net is reporting, via their weekly newsletter, that personalized menus may no longer be offered at Walt Disney World restaurants. This information comes courtesy of a dining cast member and should therefore be taken with more grains of salt than a bucket of french fries.

Philadelphia area Disney fans take note. There is an internet presale for "Disney On Ice: 100 Years of Magic." Using code "ZXB" you can buy tickets on-line before they go on sale to the general public. The show runs October 14-18 at the Wachovia Center.
